Women’s Ministry: Building Relationships, Growing in Faith

At Covenant Church, our Women’s Ministry is for all women—young or old, married or single, mothers, grandmothers, or daughters. We believe that every woman is uniquely created by God and deserves to have a community of women who will walk alongside her in life, offering support, encouragement, and spiritual growth.

Our Purpose

The heart of our Women’s Ministry is simple: to meet the needs of women. We are a sisterhood that provides opportunities for friendship, laughter, support, encouragement, service, and spiritual growth. Our ministry is about creating a place where women can come as they are, build deep relationships, and grow together in their faith.

God made us for community. Women need relationships with other women. We believe that through these relationships, we make each other better, stronger, and more equipped to live out God’s calling on our lives.

Core Values

Our Women’s Ministry is built around a few key principles:

  • Sharing God’s Love: At the core of everything we do is the love of Jesus Christ. We are committed to sharing His love through both words and actions, supporting one another in both the joyful and difficult moments of life.
  • Building Community: We know that God made us for community, and together, we create a place where women can find meaningful connections, deep friendships, and emotional and spiritual support.
  • Serving Together: We believe that as we serve one another, we reflect the heart of Jesus. Whether through outreach projects, prayer groups, or serving within the church, we are committed to making a difference together.
  • Spiritual Growth: Our gatherings, Bible studies, and events are designed to help women grow deeper in their relationship with God. Through worship, teaching, and prayer, we encourage each other to live out our faith with courage and conviction.

Activities & Events

Our Women’s Ministry hosts a variety of events throughout the year, from weekly Bible studies, pray group, and women’s nights filled with fellowship. These events provide space for women to come together, laugh, learn, pray, and support one another.

Some of our regular activities include:

  • Bible Studies & Prayer Groups: Deepening our knowledge of Scripture and growing in prayer as we support each other.
  • Social Events: Fun gatherings that create opportunities for women to connect in a relaxed, encouraging environment
